In Anal Fissure, after delivery of baby via C-section ,if betadine used for sitz bath so it will affect stitches on Stomach or not?
Betadine etc.. should not be used for sitz bath because they are chemicals and may react with wound and so vigorous use of these should be avoided. Hot sitz bath without use of betadine etc. is sufficient to get required results.
Is cre..ffin syrup safe or is habit forming ,for how many days it is safe after Fissure surgery?
Laxatives are useful during early stage of Fissure management before surgery and after surgery prolong use of these should be avoided . Vigorous use of laxatives will reduce peristaltic effect and may result in Paralytic ileus. So it's better to have fiber rich diet, adequate liquid intake, regular exercise.. these are best for proper bowel evacuation. Up to 2-3 weeks usage is safe.

It means a nest of hair in tailbone area. The formation of a pilonidal sinus is unclear but somehow hair becomes embedded into the skin causing a foreign body reaction often associated with infection.
What leads to pilonidal sinus?
The exact cause of pilonidal cysts isn't clear. But most pilonidal cysts appear to be caused by loose hairs that penetrate the skin. Friction and pressure — skin rubbing against skin, tight clothing, bicycling, long periods of sitting or similar factors — force the hair down into skin.
How can we Prevent pilonidal sinus?
Preventing another infection To get rid of excess hair and keep it from growing back in the area of the infected sinus, there are two options. either a razor (shaving) or a depilatory cream is effective in keeping pilonidal disease from coming back.
